What’s included with my order?

Your order includes the number of LIVOFT BeamReady flashlights shown in your selected bundle. Please confirm your bundle choice before checkout.

How do I switch between lighting modes?

Press the power button to cycle through High, Low, and Flashing modes.

How does the adjustable focus work?

Pull or push the front of the flashlight to adjust the focus, switching between a wide floodlight and a concentrated spotlight.

How long does the battery last?

Runtime is approximately 4–8 hours, depending on the selected lighting mode and usage conditions.

How do I recharge the flashlight?

Connect a compatible charging cable to the built-in Type-C charging port. The digital display helps you monitor the remaining battery level.

Is the flashlight waterproof?

BeamReady is designed to withstand everyday splashes, but it should not be submerged in water.

Can it be used as an emergency power bank?

Yes. The USB output can provide backup power to compatible devices when needed. Charging performance may vary by device and cable.

What does the digital display show?

The screen displays the approximate remaining battery level, helping you know when it is time to recharge.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes another 7–15 business days after dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@livoft.com as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins, and dispatched orders cannot be canceled.
